As Marshall McLuhan said many years ago, “the medium is the message”. Even more true today in our online world, this concept is shown to great effect with successful live streaming collaborations between KOLs and content providers. 

 

Sean Liu, Director of Product Development, TaDa Gaming, set to finding the right livestreaming collaborator for the ‘Lucky’ slots series, as designed for the Brazilian market. The key drivers were the skill and immediacy of the streaming action and the authenticity and impact of the streamer. 

 

And that is how Yuri Brida aka @Yuri22 came onboard with TaDa Gaming. Yuri’s skill with Free Fire, the free-to-play battle royale game developed and published by Garena and the most downloaded mobile game globally in 2019 had first brought him to public attention.

 

Joining the competitive scene with influencers such as LOUD’s Victor "Coringa" Augusto, co-owner of LOUD and one of Brazil's top Twitch streamers, Yuri moved to São Paulo to play competitively for INTZ. This led to him going to LOS Grandes, the leading Brazilian esports organization where he started streaming on Nimo TV.

 

Now, with over 2.2M Instagram followers, his streaming clips perform extremely well: while on YouTube, his clips page lists 1M+ followers with tens of millions of views, making the Brazilian star a significant force in Portuguese speaking gaming environments. 

 

As a data driven content provider, TaDa’s deep knowledge of audience preferences has contributed to its rapid rise since it launched in Latin America and these numbers certainly piqued interest. 

 

Multi-platform distribution was a key influencing factor for TaDa. Yuri’s ecosystem with significant follower numbers on each platform provides the level of differentiation and impact that Sean was looking for to widen TaDa’s brand perception.

 

A meeting was set up between Sean and Yuri to test for commonality and the rest, as they say, is history.

 

According to Sean: ‘From the beginning, Yuri’s authentic entertainment and community presentation style told us his streams would deliver the sticky element we were looking for with our slots and make him highly effective for a brand partnership, while his follower and conversion numbers were impressive.’

 

Authenticity is key. TaDa has built its brand across Latin America generally and Brazil specifically through its expert glocalisation - or global core mechanics, localised content. Its strategy of partnering with key local operators including Betsul, Brazino777, BetConnections and Cactus Gaming has also enhanced its localisation skills and brand reach.

 

Furthermore, TaDa committed itself to visibly fair gaming, reinforced with game certification for 1 January 2025 in compliance with Law 14790, with globally recognised certification body, GA, giving approval to the TaDa portfolio and reinforcing its already strong brand position in the Brazilian market. 

 

This did not pass unnoticed by Yuri. ‘From the beginning, I was interested to work with TaDa because of the unique way it entered the market and strove to gain ground in Brazil,’ he explains. ‘This commitment to understanding the drivers of a new market gives TaDa’s diverse games an edge for players and makes them better streaming content, which in turn enables me to deliver the best experience for my viewers. The opportunities with TaDa’s slots like Lucky Jaguar and Fortune Gems, as well as its unique fish-shooting titles, really gives me something special to showcase to my audience.’

 

Beginning the collaboration with Yuri’s favourite TaDa titles ensured validity. Subsequently, Lucky Jaguar 2Fortune CoinsFortune Gems 500 and Lucky Tiger saw 5,000,000 total views and 225 minutes of game livestreams in July 2025 alone, while Yuri has delivered an average 40k viewers per stream since beginning the collaboration.

 

‘According to our research, audiences follow personalities, not brands’, Sean advises. ‘Authentic streamers create more engaged viewers who deliver improved conversion. With Yuri genuinely drawn to our ethos and content and actively promoting responsible gambling practices, our brands were aligned from the start.’

 

A significant driver of immersive streaming is TaDa’s in-game mechanics such as Extra Bet which enables players to buy a shortcut to the main feature or improve the odds for triggering the bonus. This option also allows Yuri to set the scene for solid “highlight-worthy” moments, meaning his content is both entertaining and shareable whilst maintaining transparency for gameplay, volatility and RTP.

 

For Yuri, this is key to long-term sustainability with a content provider. ‘Being able to showcase a high impact and immersive slot that really connects with players is critical. By advising on deposit limits, age-gating and clear rules, we keep players safe and ourselves within the regulations, whilst still giving the visual highs and emotional anticipation from live streaming. TaDa slots make delivering this responsibility with entertainment much easier,’ he reveals.

 

In addition to slots, crash, bingo and table games, TaDa is the No1 provider for fish-shooting titles. These cinematic releases have no reels or paylines and so utilise the whole screen for the gameplay, making their impressive graphics and animations superbly well suited for live streaming. 

 

Yuri set a new record with his multiplayer Mega Fishinggame reveal, randomly triggering a 650x multiplier win in November which created a huge spike in both live viewers by nearly 70%, and more players joining midstream. Additionally, a 5x increase in viral clips and a massive boost in chat engagement created the short and longer-term buzz that TaDa had been looking for.

 

‘TaDa fish-shooting games mix constant action with skill-influenced challenges’, says Yuri. ‘Not all players get slots gameplay but they completely understand the “shoot and win” concept. Many of my viewers are very reactive to this type of high energy gaming, when they can see me really engaging with the game.

 

High-performing casino content also relies on interactive elements and TaDa’s gamification tools GiftCode and WIN CARD especially have produced another layer of engagement.

 

GiftCode is an innovative one-click feature allowing the distribution of instant rewards to targeted player segments with no additional integration efforts. An initial test drop of 500,000 GiftCode links was issued in Brazil, achieving a redemption rate of 95%/99%. This initiative led to an increase of over 30,000 new players per month, with next-day retention rates consistently between 80% and 90%. 

 

TaDa currently releases 150K GiftCodes monthly in Brazil. This sees 100% uptake, with 30%+ DAUs and a 20% uplift in New Users across all games.

 

Brazil's livestreaming scene remains one of the biggest in the world. Yuri is now as well known for his distinctive appearance and “Greatest of All Time” or “Aqui é GOTI” catchphrase as he is for his exciting and structured streams, groundbreaking presentation skills and 40K minimum viewers per stream.

 

So, in view of the significant uplift across all KPIs from Yuri’s streaming, TaDa took the next step to cement the collaboration and design a bespoke slot for the distinctive streamer. 

 

Fortune Yuri 500 highlights the Yuri’s appearance for the symbols and the Wild, in a three reels, three rows and five paylines slot with a special feature bonus reel. This reel randomly displays multiplier values up to 500x and a powerful Ex NUDGE symbol.

 

When the Ex NUDGE feature triggers, potential multiplier grabs are available. These multipliers will be added together, building a combining chain of potential wins and providing an active gaming experience for players.

With a hugely successful pre-release with Blaze, December 5th, Fortune Yuri 500 was released fully on December 12th. Players are now able to play the branded slot in multiple casinos.
